Returns Policy

1. General Return Policy

1.1. Products are custom-built and tailored to customer specifications. As such, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Playground Depot.

1.2. Requests for returns due to defects or issues with the product must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of goods.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1. Products are only eligible for return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival, as confirmed by Playground Depot.
  • The return has been pre-approved in writing by Playground Depot.

2.2. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all related documentation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

3.1. The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-designed products or structures.
  • Items that have been installed or altered.
  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

4. Return Process

4.1. To initiate a return, the customer must:

  • Contact Playground Depot within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
  • Provide clear photographs of the defect or issue.
  • Obtain a written Return Authorization (RA) number from Playground Depot.

4.2. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

5. Return Shipping

5.1. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where Playground Depot confirms a defect or damage during transit.

5.2. All returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method. Playground Depot is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

6. Restocking Fees

6.1. Returns that do not result from defects or damages may be subject to a restocking fee of thirty-five percent (35%) of the total product value.

7. Refunds

7.1. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within fifteen (15) business days of Playground Depot receiving the returned item.

7.2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

8. Cancellations

8.1. Orders may be canceled within three (3) calendar days of placement without incurring a cancellation fee.

8.2. Orders canceled after three (3) calendar days but before twenty (20) calendar days from placement are subject to a thirty-five percent (35%) cancellation fee.

8.3. Orders cannot be canceled after twenty (20) calendar days from placement or once the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.

9. Damage During Transit

9.1. If a product is damaged during transit, the customer must notify Playground Depot and provide documentation within two (2) calendar days of receipt.

9.2. Playground Depot will arrange for repair, replacement, or return of the damaged item at no cost to the customer.
